EngineCare is a set of maintenance/monitoring plans designed not only to suit your IT requirements but your budget as well.

The plans range from a monitoring only plan to a full proactive maintenance and support programme. All plans are completely tailored to suit your needs and the needs of your business. We will maintain as many or as few systems as you require, at a frequency to fit your budget. All EngineCare plans are calculated as a yearly total cost and then we spread your investment across twelve months, making looking after your IT much easier on the pocket.

EngineCare delivers peace of mind, allowing you to get on with running your business. Monthly 1 page “health-check” reports are provided and where maintenance has been performed full reports are done and any recommendations or issues are highlighted.

Basic

  • 5 days, 10 hours per day active monitoring of Server.
  • Backup Monitoring
  • Antivirus Monitoring
  • Monthly reports on Server provided
  • Assigned Engineers (x2)
  • Guaranteed Engineer response times
  • 0800 number manned from 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. 5 days a week.

 

Level 2

Standard

  • 5 days, 10 hours per day active monitoring of Server.
  • Backup Monitoring (with resolution of errors up to 10 mins)
  • Antivirus Monitoring
  • Monthly reports on Server provided
  • Assigned Engineers (x2)
  • Guaranteed Engineer response times
  • Yearly review/planning session with senior Engineer (consulting time included)
  • 0800 number manned from 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. 5 days a week.

 

Level 3

Executive/Premium

  • 7 days, 10 hours per day active monitoring of Server.
  • Backup Monitoring
  • Antivirus Monitoring & Maintence
  • Monthly reports on Server provided
  • Full reports provided when monthly, quarterly or six monthly server maintenance done.
  • Assigned Engineers (x2)
  • Guaranteed Engineer response times
  • Yearly review/six monthly planning session with senior Engineer (consulting time included)
  • Quarterly manangement meetings
  • Regular updating of Site documentation
  • 0800 number manned from 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. 7 days a week.
