Greg has been an integral member of the team for over 20 years, where he first started at the business as an engineer working on building and repairing computers. He has always kept himself very involved in all aspects of the business and now manages the National Business Development & Sales team. He likes to keep himself well informed and at the bleeding edge of technology and is very active in keeping himself upskilled.
Greg is an exceptional customer-facing systems engineer - offering a mix of strong technical skills, a passion for technology, and a rare ability to build genuine rapport and trust with clients. He has strong problem-solving skills which also means he knows when to call on other staff with greater expertise to help come up with the best solutions for our customers.
Greg is known for his tact, diplomacy, and good communication skills (and sense of humour) along with the ability to explain solutions clearly to technical and non-technical staff and customers and to understand client requirements. He also has amazing people skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. It is a credit to Greg that many key customers genuinely see Greg as a member of their teams.
